Espresso / Drip Blend

Sweet, bright, well rounded and remarkably balanced cup. Roasty milk chocolate and a kiss of fruit followed by a carress of spice. Add a touch of warm milk and honey; palm the cup so not to waste the calming energy of the hot ceramic, sip..... and just close your eyes.....

Roast: Enjoyed best after the first crack and just before the second. A nice City roast will do nicely.
