Complex and aromatic are great descriptors of this coffee. Hearty,
medium-to-full body, balanced acidity with a woody, nutty caramel-like flavor
with hints of walnut and notes of spice. The characteristics of a Colombian
(balance and body) offset with a surprising complexity and brightness. This
would be a great coffee to blend for a full spectrum of flavors. How about a
half-calf?
Colombia
is justly renowned for classic good coffee flavor. Shade grown. Decaffeinated
by the Methylene Chloride process, a naturally occuring compound from organic
decomposition. An excellent addition for your coffee cellar--you should always
have some decaf around!
Roast: City+ to Full City
