An excellent example of a quality Guatemalan coffee. This might be the best Anigua I have ever had the pleasure to taste. I roasted this coffee to a light City+ roast (just through the first crack), let it rest for a good 48 hours - and wow! When I ground and brewed some up, it was amazing! A must have for any homeroaster!
