THE ROASTING PROCESS
IS FUN, EASY, FAST, AND EXCITING!!!

1. Power On
2. Zero out the built-in scale by pressing "Zero" (sets to 0)
3. Place bean drawer on scale
4. Press "Zero" again (sets to 0)
5. Fill Green Bean drawer with green beans. Drawer is a scoop too!
6. Press "scale" (programs the computer for the amount of beans to roast)
7. Pour the green beans in the Bean Chute
8. Close the hatch (key is a great security feature)
9. Set the roast style (This is a Yemen Mokha...set to #8 for Full City roast)
10. Press "Start"
11. Roasting begins FULLY AUTOMATIC - Mmmmm!
12. Computer ramps up to finalize the roast cycle
13. Cooling cycle quickly reduces chamber tempature - Oooooh! Anticipation!
14. Beans automatically empty into Roasted Bean Drawer
15. Empty the Chaff Drawer
16. Cleaning Brush included (Tip: small shop-vac is great for convenience)
