2. Zero out the built-in scale by pressing "Zero"

6. Press "scale" (programs the computer
for the amount of beans to roast) |

7. Pour the green beans in the Bean

8. Close the hatch (key is a great security

9. Set the roast style (This is
a Yemen Mokha...set to #8 for Full City roast) |
10. Press "Start" |
